Mike and Chelsea both seemed strung out. While Mike was working Chelsea stayed in the truck and looked like she was nodding out. Will never do business through them again.

Arch City Tree Care of Arnold cut down 3 sweetgum trees for me and cleaned up all debris. Prices were better than others. They were quick, polite, and careful of my property and neighbors. They provided me phone numbers of others for stump removal. Great job.

Mike and his crew did a great job removing a rotting tree from our property. I called for a quote and he was there the next day providing a very competitive price. A week later he and his crew arrived and made short work of the job, taking down the tree safely and efficiently, chipping the branches, hauling away the trunk, and thoroughly cleaning up. I would absolutely use them again for any tree-related needs and recommend them unreservedly.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job and went out of their way to ensure things were completed to our liking.

Great work, careful and no accidents. They removed a 95' tall pin oak. They used plywood to drive the truck on the yard and cleaned up well after each day of work. The only thing I would say that could be improved is communication of what days they will work and the multiple requests for partial payments throughout the length of the job.

I needed to get three trees taken down. Mike gave me an estimate the day after I called and had his crew out the following morning. They were fast and efficient and did a good job cleaning up the results.

We had this company out after a bad storm that left two of my trees uprooted. They were very quick to arrive at my home and start the job. Mike’s whole crew was friendly and helpful. They finished the job in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with the finished product. My yard looked better after they were done, and the clean-up was exquisite.
