The delay is on the H.O.'s part with this project. The door handles in question were signed off on by the H.Oon our contract with him. If the wrong hardware was ordered by us, it was done because this is what the H.Osigned off on.We installed the three doors in question in Jan
and it was very cold. Our doors are sent out prefinished and only require some minor touch up after installation. However, the H.Ois correct that the door panel was touched up and did look bad. We ordered a door blank and brought it back to our finish shop and repainted it and then went back out and reinstalled the freshly painted door. So to avoid this issue of painting in the cold we did want to do the minor touch up in the springThe doors were completely painted and just needed touched up. The H.Okeeps reporting issues with the doors well after the installation has been complete. Our contract states that all damage needs to be reported within days after installation. The first mention of scratched glass was on May 1st 2015.The doors did not get installed until Jan7th 2015, so Mr*** has his dates mixed up as far as a completion date.The bottom line is that our company has been out to Mr*** home several times to address issues he is claiming. Mr*** has paid our company nothing for these doors. We still continue to try and please Mr*** but he insist on always finding something else wrong well after the doors have been installed.Mr*** does not live at the residence and always insist that we meet with his tenant to discuss issues. Before we leave ever time we have the tenant look over the work and make sure everything is satisfactory.Attatched his signed contract.To help resolve some of these issues I have offered Mr*** a refund for his hardware, so he may choose the hardware he would like
