Mr. [redacted] is correct in regards to our payout time on "Common" silver items. Common silver items, as noted on our website,
Some of the more common silver items that we buy include:
Silver Bars
Silver Coins
Silver Jewelry (rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc.)
Silver Oxide...

Batteries
Sterling Silver Flatware & Serving Sets
Silver Flake from Photo Film Recovery
Silver from X-Ray Film
Tungsten Silver Electrical Contacts
Mr. [redacted] unfortunately did not send any of these types of items for refining nor any scrap items period. Mr. [redacted] send us AG powders. We are capable of processing these much less common types of material but as they are not common, they do not take a common amount of time. There are extensive chemical processes involved in refining these types of silver to get it to a point of final refining. Needless to say, they are in no way a quick process as in melting down scrap silver jewelry or candlestick holders.
Mr. [redacted] was informed that this type of process would take longer.
In all our years of doing business with the public (we do 98% of our work with corporations and not the general public) this is the first complaint we have received. Unfortunately the drawback to dealing with the general public vs. corporations is the emotional factor.
Mr. [redacted] has received his payment for his three shipments (check #XXXXX / $9821.37)and cashed it, but I do not see his notifying you of said received payment in the Revdex.com trail.
I hope this possibly clears up any questions concerning the handling of this particular order.
