Three months later I started pushing them to find what was the status, Jim kept give me excuses. We use other small refineries to do test batches of our product, but so far this has been the most unprofessional and unorganized group we have ever used. For starters they never sent any sort of receiving ticket for the items I receive, only after the fact and I called him out that a lot of the items that I sent were missing, that they sent me a bogus report of what they supposedly received. Jim is a compulsive liar and gave nothing But excuses why he hadn't finished my job. After weeks of delays in excuses, I finally called the police and the postal inspector, that seems to get my item sent. But when I receive my items I was surprised to see that none of the items that were on their final report was sent, just a huge jar of some mystery substance. I would not use these guys, jim is a liar and Stacy is clueless. Combined they are two thieves
