Kent has explained to you the character of the granite's natural color texture. Some people actually love this type of unique spot as they chose granite because it shows the natural stone it is, but it is very unfortunate that you did not find the natural spot favorable to your liking.
We had also thought that you already understood the nature of this granite, but did not know that you weren't clear on these natural color spots.
If you really wish to change the countertop, there are a few things to consider. The most important of all is that the color of granite is natural. Different bundles have different hues even in a same name. There are no exact same color to your other current countertops. Especially it has been almost a year since your installation, we don't have the same bundle available in stock. The color difference is very noticeable when placed next to each other. Therefore, it may not look the most aesthetic if you were to only replace that piece and keep another in your master bathroom. So, if you would like to change, we suggest you change at least all the pieces in your master bath, unless you don't mind the color variation within your master bath.
Please understand if you would like to exchange any pieces, you would have to pay for the prices normally as if you were ordering new countertops. This is because our original contract was signed with your builder, not with you personally. And all our work were approved by your builder after the installations. Therefore, although we have much regret in your unhappiness with the countertop, since it is the selected granite's natural state, we are terribly sorry to say that there is nothing we can do asides from the exchange details listed above.
However, please feel free to contact us with any suggestions that you may have to better resolve this problem. We are open to new ideas and would like to do the best that we can to find a solution to your problem.
