Archadeck of Greater Denver and the Foothills

We could not be happier with Archadeck and the outstanding job they did on our new deck! From the first presentation to the final cleanup they were very professional and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. We weren’t entirely sure how we wanted to lay everything out but with their expert advice and creative eye we came up the most ideal plan within our space guidelines. I have never seen such a hardworking and efficient crew. Ben, Pat & Sharon showed up early each morning, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and were meticulous with every detail; not to mention they were just great people to work with ?? We will absolutely recommend Archadeck to everyone we know and will use them again for any future outdoor living space projects!

I highly recommend Archadeck of the Foothills. Ben (Owner/Design), Jeff (Project Manager), and Katy (Design) were amazing. I have been involved in many construction projects whether personal or through work. This was by far the best experience I have ever experienced. Their process is amazing start to finish. With the first meeting that included and estimate, to the second design meeting, to selecting materials, starting the project, and everything in between. My wife and I started with a vision of wanting a covered patio structure, but we had no idea on how to make it work. Ben very quickly proposed a solution that turned into a custom new patio cover that was tied into our existing roof. You would never know that it was an addition. And, then Jeff and his carpenters made the most beautiful custom covered patio with a cathedral ceiling and tongue and grove cedar boards; it is more than we ever expected. I have never seen so much pride taken on a project. After the patio cover was completed, came the new paver patio. They had to remove an existing concrete patio and then install the new patio paver with a new design. This was a different crew than the carpenters, and again we were amazed the the quality as well as the speed. They laid an entire new large patio in less than 4 days, Amazing!
Communication:
Communication was great through the entire process, Jeff was great to work with, and he really cares about the customer experience. He made a comment to me that they are in the customer service business that also builds gorgeous projects. I would agree they all really care about their customers.
Punch list:
There were a few items at the end that needed minor corrections, which is normal in all construction. The amount of items needing attention was very minimal, and the resolution was quick, and Jeff was always understanding and responsive. He wanted us to be happy with the project and to be able to enjoy it as soon as possible. Again in this regard, best experience ever.
Extras:
Our kids loved talking to the contractors and watching the project. I loved that the crew would talk to our kids and were so good with them. It is so important to be able to trust the people you hire on these types of projects; and that was always the case.
Working with Archadeck of the Foothills was one of the best decisions we made. Our family loves our new space. Many thanks to Ben and Jeff!
