Review: Deck is separating from house have called about 15 times for them to come and look at it.They have not returned phone calls to look at the problem.Just keep leaving messages with no one calling back.Desired Settlement: Would like a call back at least some type of acknowledgement that they have received my messages.

We did not build this deck. We only replaced the decking boards so there is no warranty or guarantee regarding this matter. Any type of repair work will have to be paid for.
But we do not do deck repair work unless it involves a warranty or guarantee claim of our work.
