Archbald Paint

Review: Owner [redacted] was contracted to paint the exterior of our home in PA. He was paid in full and did not finish the job. The three small decks and foundation need to be completed. He is ignoring calls from us to contact him. The community association indicated that he has not renewed his insurance and will not be allowed to work there.Desired Settlement: We would prefer to have the job completed, but if that is not possible, we would like any remaining paint/stain returned and a partial refund for the labor that was not performed.
