I WILL ACCEPT A FULL REFUND,BUT AS FAR AS BEING PICKED UP FROM ORIGINAL SHIPPING LOCATION  I AM REQUESTING A PREPAID RETURN MAILING LABEL AND WILL DROP PACKAGE OFF AT A UPS FACILITY. PACKAGE WAS  DELIVERED BY UPS...AND CUSTOMER PICKED UP FROM UPS FACILITY..

In response to Complaint: when customer called he had spoken to an Associate of mine in regard to our Coral inserts. The Customer was unhappy w/ the way it looked. Stating that it wasn’t exactly as it appears on the photo. It was explained to him that they are individually hand crafted and may...

look slightly different. As it states on a note right before you click  “Add to Cart” button? “Note: Photo is for Reference Only. Actual Decor Varies.” Customer stated he felt that he was being deceived by the photo online. This is when my Associate handed me the phone. As the Customer explained to me his issues w/ the product. I again, explained to him that it does state it may, slightly vary? But then I mentioned that, “if he was still unhappy he can return the product. And if arrived in good condition we will refund him product cost”. He mentioned he wanted shipping back as well. I explained that the shipping service was completed. He then stated that he would take us to small claims court even though it was a couple of hundred  dollars. Which is when I stated that was his decision to do so. We then hung up. After speaking to Owner of Company, I was told to give a full refund to avoid any further issues. In which I called customer and expressed we would refund full product and shipping cost. And stated we would have UPS Ground pick product up and ship back at our cost. “He asked if we were for real?” I stated my name and gave him my word that we would give him a full refund. I asked if he could do me a favor and re-package product so UPS Ground can go and pick up.
At that point he mentioned product was not at original location it was shipped to. I told him, “to avoid any further Complications, to just send me by email new address where product was at and I will have it picked up at new location? I still have not received email w/ new location.  At this time we feel it only be fair that we pick product up at original location where we shipped it to.
 Our offer still stands a full refund, along with us picking up product and shipping back at our cost. But that it be at original ship to location?
