After numerous phone calls that have gone unanswered I felt the need to write a review. I have never been contacted back after messages and even with the 1 time I actually spoke with someone. I have had other people call and even a realtor and no one answers the phone. There is no place to go see them as their address is a PO Box. It was very frustrating to try and find out about one of their properties. I could imagine having something go wrong and need emergency assistance. Terrible customer service.
In 2011 I rented a property from Archer Crown Residential Management. The property was in deplorable condition. But due to circumstances beyond my control I moved in, and decided to do repairs on y own. The first year rent payments were to be deposit at their bank account. But later on I was asked to mail the payments. I made my payments at usual the first of the month. I never receive any charges regarding late fees. As I said my rent was always paid on time. After six year ending my contract with this company, I asked for my security deposit. Instead I received a register letter saying they will retain my rental deposit plus added some other late fees. I was never told that my payment were late. Payments were mailed on time. But they will hold the payments to deposit them all at the same time. Do not have business with Archer Crown. Archer Crown performed very corrupt and very shady businesses and is actually hurting society.

this company is the worst management company to deal with , they never answer their phone, lack of customer service and it takes months before they can repair any little issue, I wouldn't recommend this place to no one
