I traded in my 2013 [redacted] 4/23/2016 to A[redacted] for a 2015 [redacted]. I was promised that my trade would be paid off within 7 days which it was not. They dealer paid the trade off more then a month and half later!!! They ruined my credit and I can no longer get a home for my children this year as a single mother. They have offer nothing to resolve there bad business habits or to compensate me in any shape or form. This dealer does not care about anyone but their money. I have filed this complaint before and now will be going to the news. If I don't hear anything back from this dealer to fix my credit that they messed up I'm going to be outside their dealership with a sign for NO ONE to come there by Saturday.

We made the payoff that day and [redacted] removed the the bad mark. The credit reporting agencies will not discuss this with
anyone but Ms. [redacted]. wWe can give her a letter explaining the issue. Thank you.
