As a new person to the North Baltimore area I was concerned with contracting somebody to help me remodel a bathroom, but contacted Archer's Home Improvement at the recommendation of a trusted co-worker. I am so glad I did!
[redacted] and his son were prompt in providing an estimate, keeping my priorities and budget in mind, and allowing me to have all the input I wanted. Mind you, I was not having them do a high-end job, it was more of a "please turn this mess into something functional and pleasing" type of job, but his attention to detail was very impressive.
Archer provided me with sound advice when it came to picking out materials to use and his estimate was very competitive with others we had already gotten. Perhaps most importantly, I trusted him immediately to spend hours and hours in my home with my family (or sometimes all alone) without any worries. He is just a trustworthy guy.
The final product was everything we had hoped for. They showed up on time every day and were very communicative throughout the process, which was all much appreciated! The job took longer than expected, and the plumber (contracted separately) was terrible to work with, but I loved the work Archer's did and hope to work with them again in the near future.
As a first-time home owner that just bought this house I am thrilled to know such a great contractor is available in our little town.
