I am rejecting this response because:First, this professional bow technician did not and does not make any reference to money charged for ZERO service.
Second, he does not mention how bow broker while in his possession.
third, he does not mention his fellow worker chased me to the door / outside shouting speaks of how professional they are.
fourth, he claims bow could have blown up next use, he does not speak to the fact that he came in to his shop for simple re-stringing. Being the maticulous and through person he is, he would have known if the bow had other problems prior to re-stringing the bow.
fifth, he sold parts that he claims he installed but were still in  a clear plastic bag zip tied to stock.
As for his claim that the bow was purchased as factory reconditioned is irrelevant. Bow was under warranty. HAD HE known bow had issues and advised me of that, I would have sent the bow back to Manufacturer for warranty at a total cost of $75.00.
Instead he said only had CAMS issues which cost $60.00 to replace. I authorized him to get the CAMS because cheaper than warranty cost.
After he got the CAMS and supposed install & restringing, he said the BOW blew up and shattered on him while TEST FIRING IT.
He should be offended by his embarrasment of his negligence. The bow broke while in his possession in his care.
If the bow had broken LIMBS as he stated, (which were replaced directly by manufacturer one year prior), he should have know that prior to him doing any work.
If treats every bow as his, his would have looked over to determined if it had problems.
He is simply trying to SANDBAG this problem without addressing any issues or his negligence
