directly by Archie Comics Publications regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They have agreed to reimburse me for my unfilled order.  However, the reimbursement has not arrived as of this writing.  They said, as of 10/*, that a check for the amount would be issued in six weeks.

Review: I ordered a book off of the company's online store. My debit card was billed the next day with the promise that my order would be delivered within three weeks. After five weeks, I contacted the company to inquire about the order status. I was asked to confirm my delivery address, then heard nothing from them. After two more weeks, I contacted them again. I received a terse dismissal and have heard nothing since.Desired Settlement: I want my order filled or my money refunded.
