(kind of like a hotel does to reserve a room) Which Mr. [redacted] did (apparently he used Ms [redacted] Card #, with her permission as she noted during phone call) The customer has the option to charge credit card on file or be billed . We never charge the credit card on file unless customer decides they don’t want to pay. Mr [redacted] had roll off until 5/17/17 which he asked for dump and return, We sent him a bill for the amount of $576.52 on June 1st. Mr. [redacted] admitted he received the bill and chose not to pay it. So on July 27, 2017 we charge that amount and rental for the months of June, July, and partial August in the amount of $255.00 to the credit card Mr. [redacted] put on File. Our company did not know he used a “friends card” to reserve this dumpster, and there was no arrangement for a on time charge because down payments would have been in the amount of $700 per Roll off,(not $500 as Ms. [redacted] claims) . Ms. [redacted] was told this per the receptionist that we couldn’t credit back her card because the only reason Mr [redacted] got a roll off dumpster was because of the credit card she admitted to placing on account. That she needed to contact her friend she “was helping out” Ms. [redacted] also declined to leave the boss a voicemail as he wasn’t in at the time and was told she could call back if she didn’t want to leave a voicemail. Ms. [redacted] should be dealing with her friend instead of making a complaint to the Revdex.com as she has already admitted to placing her card on file, that was her choice and her right.
