We went to Royal Moore Subaru to purchase the Forester that was reserved for usWe were paying cashThe salesman asked to see our insurance card, which he photocopied, then filled out a form with additional information regarding our auto insuranceSince we were paying cash for the vehicle, we can see anyt reason he would have needed this informationNow we are wondering why he took it, and what he plans to do with itWe are quite concerned that this information was collected

When I bought new car Jan.10th Sunat Royal moore Subaru in Hillsboro OR, I signed for gold plan for extended warranty which cost $At that time I was told that I can cancel within one month if I change mindI changed mind and went to dealer next day but I was told to come back because my loan officer was not there on MondayI went back there Jan.14th Thagain and talked to my loan officer and sign the paper for cancelationLast month in middle of May I found that my ending balance was still same so I went to Royal Moore Subaru again because US Subaru told me to go back to dealerI asked loan officer then she said "some reason that cancelation did not go through" then I was told to sign new paper for cancelationThat paper shows cancelation date was Jan.10th About one month past from then, my Subaru loan chase bank account ending balance is still sameI am paying higher interest for that balance so I would like to Royal moore Subaru to work for change as soon as

I purchased a subaru outback I called ahead with the car I was interested in it was $I had purchased my subaru from them so I gave them the repeat business I told them on the phone that I would put down the trade in value of mine was $I owed $so with the $down and adding $to the new car should have been $but when I signed the papers it said $and I assumed that the $down was coming off the $but the next day reviewing the paperwork I realized it didn't so this car that was for sale for $I ended up paying $I drove over an hour to get there by the time I signed the paperwork it was closing time and that added to my confusion I believe they ripped me off for $and I was a previous customer I will never buy another car from them and I encourage no one else to eather

I bought a pre-owned Ram from this car dealership's pre-owned business unit, in their advertisement, they claimed that this truck has a back up cameraIn fact this feature was boldly mentioned above the picture of the truckBought the truck and then that night when I got home, I noticed that it doesn't have a back up cameraI called the car salesman about it, all I got what a suggestion to go to Cartoys and buy an after-market back up cameraI filed a complaint with the DOJ consumer division, and got a call from Royal MooreThey are offering half the amount of what I spent in having a back up camera installed in this truckI rejected itHis reason is that, it is our responsibility as buyers to verify that what they claim in their advertisement is correctWow! This is how they treat you after you buy from themI am determined in pursuing charges against them, not because of money, but because of principleIf you are planning to buy a vehicle from them, I wish you luck, you really need itIn my case, I will stay away from any business of ROYAL MOORE for the rest of my life, and I will pursue this case and exert all legal remedies to stop this company from abusing their customers like meI will also use all social media to expose this bad practice to warn all consumers about them

Short story: They broke our verbal agreement of sale and sold my car to someone elseThe sales guy also had to say a dumb childish jab about my low initial offer making him sick to his stomachNo explanations no apologyThey didn’t have a care in the world about me as a customer
Long story:
I offered a lowish $16,for a car listed at $17,not expecting to get that price but working my way somewhere in the middleThe sales guy Austin deadpanned a jab about how my offer made him sick to his stomach
I get passed off to Jason who I assume does the deal making, but Austin didn’t introduce me and Jason didn’t explain why they handed us offWe went back and forth on the price respectfullyI didn’t feel good about how far they came down so I told him that we couldn't accept his final offerWe thanked him and we walked outNothing bad with Jason in that instance, we just couldn't agree on a price and thats fine
I call back in the evening, speak with Jason and make a last offer I could feel good about of $17,He had to talk with the manager so he said he’d call backAustin calls back at 6:12pm and tells me they will accept my offer and that I can sign the papers in the morningI agreedIn my mind we agreed that the car was mine to buy
7:02pm (minutes later) I get a call from Austin and all he says to me is that their Mazda affiliate just sold the carthe car they agreed to sell me minutes ago! The car was on Austin and Jason’s lot and not on Mazda's lot so they had to have some control over that situationAustin didn’t apologize or even explain what happened and how they sold the car I agreed to buyHe couldn’t care less that they just broke our agreement
Next morning I leave a message on Jason’s voice mail asking him to call me back and for an explanationI told him that I was going to write reviews on the car buying platforms I used to research their car, and that I wanted to give him the opportunity to explain what happened before I wrote those reviewsThat was two days ago and I have not received a callThey couldn’t care less that they just broke our agreement and didn’t explain the situation or apologize about their mistakeNo one even said it was their mistakePretty unbelievable experienceThe worst in fact

I've owned my Toyota Yaris eleven yearsIt's been a phenomenal car, but I'm VERY disappointed in Royal Moore Toyota (Hillsboro, OR) service department
A manufacturer's recall on my car and another repair was made on my vehicleI dropped my vehicle at the dealership of February 10, In the process of doing the repairs, two of the car's systems were disabledNeither was put back after the repairI've now made TWO return visits for the service department to fix what they did wrong
First, they took the driver's side electric lock device out of the door handle and didn't reinstall it in the door when they were doneI picked up my vehicle on February 13, and didn't see the switch was hanging out of the arm rest until I'd left the dealershipI immediately returned and it was re-installed
Second, I didn't realize my horn had been disabled and didn't work until we had a car nearly hit us as it changed lanes on the freeway on February 25,I'd been driving weeks without the horn
I've returned to the dealership today, February 28, and have been told that the part is in LA and will take about a week to be received
The service manager says the employee who has worked on my car is a year veteran of the dealershipKnowingly driving a car without a working horn is a violation of Oregon Law and I'm angered by what I perceive as a non-nonchalant attitude of Rick, the service managerHe even suggested that I could take my car and leave - knowing it's in violation of state law and suggested that getting a moving violation wouldn't be a big deal for me
I've been given a free rental vehicle until my car is fixedThis is totally UNACCEPTABLE for a Toyota dealership

I have previously purchased a vehicle from Royal Moore, so when it came time to find our next vehicle I went back to them in hopes that the process would be streamlinedI had a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted, however, and Royal Moore didn't have it in stockI was able to find it across town at a different dealership, but I still wanted to see if Royal Moore could sell it to meI spoke with Nick L** who said they did find the truck, but it would not be the one across townWe agreed on price and I places a$deposit on the truck on Thursday afternoonFast forward to Sunday and I receive an email that says the can't get the truck that was promised, but are "looking" for another one, but they don't thinkthey can find itMy question was "how long did you know that the original truck wasn't available?"Now the one across town is gone the end of the month is gone and so are the dealsThey took my money and let me believe they had the vehicle I wanted until they where reas
