We are responding to complaint [redacted] The complaint was that the client was not given battery instructions It is our routine procedure to advise purchasers of batteries to charge the batteries every night for hours if the power wheelchair is used every day, or once a week for hours if not used at all In addition to this, the customer should have the responsibility to read the manual provided with the wheelchair, from whichever company sold them the wheelchair This information is also available on the manufacturer’s websiteThe manual explains charging instructions, as well as all maintenance and care of the power wheelchair Please also note that the wheelchair was not purchased from us Thank you The WheelchairMan Company
