I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I will be taking the company to small claims court for the return of $750. No work has been done and do not want to work with this company. The days he mentioned that work will be performed have rain forecasted. I do not believe the business has any intention of performing the work on the days suggested, as indicated by prior action

Telephone response obtained from company as follows: The company stated they cannot give a refund - due to signed contract- the contract is legally binding The company stated they are willing to do the work.The company stated he has two guys that can come out tomorrow.The company states
in order to do the work, there cannot be any rain for hours and there cannot be any moisture in the bare wood.The company stated they can do the pressure washing as long as it's not down pouring rain
