To Whom it May Concern: We are responding to a letter we received from the Revdex.com dated 11/10/in regards to a complaint from one of our customers regarding our services that we performedArchitectural Metals, Inchas reached out to our customer to inform them that they
are incorrect to think that we would be owing them for hood related costs associated with our hood fabrication and installation that we provided.They have sent us a bill requesting payment for the relay controls and electrical work along with running a waterline to our makeup air unit. In addition they are trying to charge us for supervision time from their contractor.We have informed them from our proposal that they signed (see attached) that we are not responsible for any electrical and/or plumbing work set forth in our terms and conditions and that this would be done through their contractor or by the owners themselves, and that the supervision time would not pertain to us as the said work was not our responsibility However, the president of our company, Greg S***, said that he would help them out by taking care of the electrical portion ourselves even though it was never in our contract to provide that service. He just told the customer to have that work performed and have it deducted from the balance that they still owe.
