I have been dealing with Mattamy every since [redacted] sold their business to Mattamy. I built a home with [redacted] in Oct 2015 and have for the last few months been trying to deal with warranty work through Mattamy which is painful at best. I have left numerous voice mails & emails without ever getting a response back about a leak in our basement. I raised the issue with [redacted] and finally got an appt where they came out & accessed that there are 2 cracks in the foundation. I am now waiting almost 2 weeks for the Warranty office to call with an appt to have a company come out an fix the cracks but again no follow up.

I also submitted my 1 yr list to [redacted] which again resulted in getting an appt for items to be fixed but only 1 of the trades out of 4 showed up. I repeatedly tried calling the warranty and customer service offices to find out what happened as I took the day off work to be home and again no responses. Not the 1st time this has happened either with no shows.
