Review: This vendor told our manager he needed funds up front to purchase materials to remodel a client's home. So on April 3, we paid him $25,635.70. Almost as soon as the money was deposited in his bank account, he stopped working on the job, and has never finished it. The manager spoke to him about reimbursing us for the labor, which he has not done. I have sent him letters, which he has not responded to, nor has he paid us back. We had to pay someone else to finish the job due to the lies this vendor gave us about wanting the money up front. He is unprofessional and in my mind, a thief.Desired Settlement: He needs to pay us back at least the $25,635.70.
