Given that you took multiple test drives, inspected the vehicle to your satisfaction, and were offered an opportunity for an independent inspection, I can understand why you would be upset days later when you found something unexpected on the new member to your family In no way can I justify that just because you bought the Corvette $below [redacted] Suggested purchase price that it would be ok for you to find something unexpected while waxing your Corvette days later Unfortunately, this vehicle was not represented as being cosmetically perfect As a company, we feel obliged to disclose everything that we know about vehicles in our inventory Outside of becoming the first company in our industry to provide complete underbody pictures or OSHA allowing non-employees in our shop under a lift, I'm not sure how we could have avoided this unfortunate oversight I am open to suggestion in how we could improve our process going forward and look forward to your response

Upon purchasing the vehicle; the customer brought it back in within hours stating the tire pressure light was on. We found the left rear tire had a nail in the side wall and was not repairableA new tire was ordered as a replacement and during the replacement a tire pressure
sensor was broken. We scheduled a later date with the customer for the repair and completed it on 10/16/2017. This customer stated thereafter that her TPMS light was back on after two days with it off. She opted to take the vehicle to *** *** Land Rover for diag where she was told a sensor needed replaced in the RIGHT FRONT wheel. This suggest that her tire concern is a NEW concern which we had no involvement in repairing previously

The dealership replaced the tire a day or two after the car was purchased; upon purchase there was a screw in the tire.   The tire couldn’t be replaced that same day as it was not in stock.  So when I purchased the car not only was there a screw in the tire but there was a light in the Dash reflecting damage to a sensor related to the same tire that the dealership replaced. the sensor light wouldn’t go off after dealership attempted to repair the sensor 3-4 times... after several attempts for resolution from the dealership I took the car to the manufacture. On the Saturday before the car was taken to the manufacture Chip in Finance said that truworth would cover the cost of the sensor repair. The sensor has been replaced and repaired by Range Rover and the total was $200.99 which I would like truworth to refund me.  I could go on and on about my experience with this dealership however what’s important to me is a refund for the $200.99  not only because truworth damaged the sensor but several times I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for the repair.
