Good afternoon: We feel that we have made our best offer and have now resolved Mr***’s grievance with our firmIn a gesture of goodwill, even though it is not our policy, we made a full refund We refunded the full amount Mr [redacted] paid for his tickets by issuing a credit to Mr***'s credit card [redacted] [redacted] has assured us that the funds have been processed Now Mr [redacted] has received what he was wanting and we believe that he is satisfied with this resolutionThank you, Reuven R

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have had a letter directly from [redacted] stating that these tickets were fraudulently issued by Fly Business for less and on that basis [redacted] cancelled the tickets [redacted] also stated that if I had used the tickets and then they found out I would be liable to pay [redacted] in full for cost of tickets and also any legal costs incurred by [redacted] to collect money owing to themNone of Fly Business For Less fine print do they advise that by you buying tickets from you you may be subject to pay the airline again in full for you tickets and leave yourself open to legal proceedings if you don't paySurely this should also be part of Fly Business terms and conditions they hide behind Regards, [redacted] ***

Good afternoon:In response to the complaint by Mr*** ***, I would like to state the following:If you go to our website, we explain that as one option we use miles to purchase tickets to obtain a great price for our clients. We don’t hide the fact that this may be how we purchase the
airline ticketsThe purchase agreement signed electronically by Mr*** states that you waive our responsibility for cancelation of tickets if you contact the airlines. Mr*** told us and wrote in an email to us dated January 21, 2016, that he went to *** Airlines office and discussed his ticket with them which terminated our responsibility to him. Even though Mr*** broke the agreement, we continued to try to find replacement flights that would meet his needs. Mr*** rejected all of our offers and threatened to go on an all out campaign against our firm. We are not responsible for comment about how our company works by others. Never did anyone offer a full refund to Mr***; we offered a full credit to be used in one year as per our policy. The agreement that Mr*** signed did not state that we issue refundsWe feel that it is unfair that Mr*** is allowed to try to bully us into what he wants when he failed to maintain his agreement and failed to work with us as we tried to satisfy his requests Our website is clear and our purchase agreement is clear on our policy We feel it is unfair for Mr*** to try to bully us into what he wants when he failed to maintain his agreement with us and failed to work with us as we tried to find replacement flights
