you for your time. I escalated this issue and have confirmed that the cling is not a specific Arch Telecom promotion. This is a [redacted] promotion. The promotion is only for $200.00 on easy pay financing of the device. This does not qualify for a 2 year contract renewal for discounted devices. The qualification is only available during that listed holiday time frame date. Our system no longer has that offer. If the customer would like to receive more details, the customer can contact [redacted] Customer Care by dialing *2 from a [redacted] phone. Arch Telecom does not have the authority to change the [redacted] promotion or qualifications.

To whom it may concern,[redacted] emailed our care department on 06/16/2017 and a response was sent to the customer. Customer never responded back to us however upon review of customers account, we were able to resolve her issue for the $200 Early Termination Fees. We called our National Sales...

Support division of Sprint and got her account credited for the $200.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My complaint was resolved but not by Arch Telecom. My complaint was resolved by Sprint directly. Arch Telecom did NOTHING to resolve my complaint. This complaint can be closed since a different company fixed the situation and has made me whole but please note that Arch Telecom was not proactive in helping solve the issue their company created. I had to take other measures to fix it on my own.

I have been sent back and fourth from [redacted] to Arch to [redacted] and now Arch is trying to say "no it's [redacted]s promotion" I am not contending that [redacted] doesn't have a similar promotion however in the state of Washington where Arch has one of their stores operating outside of Washington's State Laws regarding "Window advertisements" which is my complaint and the issue. The sign clearly and only says: "Get $200 off the Latest [redacted] Phones". there is nothing that says "Easy Pay Only" or anything else that would indicate that there were any other restrictions. I went into the store I took a picture of these advertisements of and they did say I could get a [redacted] with $200 off with a two year contract and didn't say Easy pay only either but they would not allow me to use the $200 off the [redacted] with a two year contract even though the [redacted] is according to [redacted] also; "The Latest [redacted] Phone" the store Arch is operating in Washington State advertising things they are not actually offering to get people in the store as bait; but then using any sales tactic they have to offer deals that [redacted] is clearly not willing to do. The [redacted] Corporate person [redacted]. is the person who told me this liability falls directly on Arch to fulfill there advertising promises and it is not up to [redacted] at all. No one from Arch will call back either.

Review: On 10/8/2013 my daughter took her iphone 4 to the named business to get serviced. At that time she was told that she was elgible for an upgrade. The company upgraded the phone without the contract holder being present for starters, then days after she had the phone, someone from the establishment called for her to bring the phone back because she should have not received the phone. When she went to take the phone back, no one knew what she was talking about. Now 5 months after the fact, the phone has an internal malfunction. Returned to the store and they stated it wasnt their problem and automatically told her $200 for another phone through insurance or to take the phone back to APPLE. Went to the apple store in Christiana Mall and they revealed that the phone had been previously used and activated in 2012. The Apple Staff had me to fill out online paper and upload the original receipt, stating that the receipt information was correct. They stated they would cover the phone based on their standard warranty that is provided for one year then later recanted their story and didnt. My receipt does not state that the phone was used or refurbished as it is called. This makes the phone ineligible for APPLE standard 1 year warranty. This sounds like fraud, passing a used product off as a new product. Not to mention during the process the ArchTelecom staff has been very rude during this process. They keep saying they are allowed by their corporate headquarters to do this. Now my daughter(a college student) is out of a phone .Desired Settlement: A new phone in which we were supposed to get in the first place.
