That is in true I did the work I was supposed to do Mr [redacted] said we can take the sumps out off the ground when we had a chance and I would be glad to give back fifty dollars that's what the agreement me and Mr [redacted] father agreed on

We had an agreement to take out the stumps when we had other stumps to remove and we haven't had any other stumps to remove Mr [redacted] said he was in no hurry for these stumps and now the son is involved and a I didn't make the agreement with the son

Please re-open this case I have set up
several more appointments and he has not removed the stumps or showed up at the agreed upon time I have asked for money back and called to pick up the money and he doesn't answer the phone He has ripped us off $by not completing the work or refunding our money He hangs up on me or my representatives He is rude and a crook I have tried over months to get him to do what he was paid for Chris C*** and the others at Archuleta's Tree Service are non responsive To resolve this issue he needs to remove the stumps by the end of October or refund the money I am now going to the State attorney General and small claims court. ***,Please reopen case #*** and I request that this issue remain unresolved due to the following:Archuleta's Tree Service Called me on October 24th at 10:AM and set up an appointment for October 29th at 9:00AM to remove the stumps We agreed to this appointment. On Saturday, October 29th I waited from 8:AM to 9:AM for Archultea's Tree Service to show up Called Archuleta's Tree service at 9:AM on Saturday, October 29th, and they responded they could not make it because they had started another jobWe agreed to Sunday Morning at 9:AM, October 30th I again waited from 8:AM till 10:AM on Sunday, and again a "no-show" Left message that I assumed something came up so I would see him at 9:00AM October No reply to message on Sunday Again waited Monday Morning October 31st Called Archuleta's Tree Service at 9:AM with no answer Left message to please call as I have no Idea what he the company is doing.Please leave this issue as unresolved and post it as a warning for anyone else who may want to do business with Archuleta's Tree Service Please call me at ###-###-#### if you wish to discuss further I am going to get quotes for removing the stumps and submit this issue to small claims court if the stumps are not removed today Please inform Archuleta's Tree service of this decision as they will not answer my calls or return my messages.
