Steve and his team at Archview Construction delivers exceptional work with incredible attention to detail. His knowledge and communication skills helped our remodel go smoothly and seamless. I started my basement 1/20/2019. It is Oct 6 and another failed promise from Archview. They said it would be done quickly and I have still have nothing complete for a simple basement finish. Terrible follow up and lies for finishing times.
After so many wonderful projects performed for you including complete remodeling of your kitchen, all bathrooms, floors and so much more just last year (under a strict deadline which we met and you said you were so pleased with) we were delighted to be invited back by you this year to remodel your basement. We understand the frustration in not seeing it completed yet and we are doing everything asked of us to complete it which we anticipate within a "very" short time. Your willingness to remove your review upon our completion is appreciated. Thank you and looking forward to a successful completion!
Archview construction has not provided quality work on my kitchen remodel. I have had problems with a leaky sink, loose floor tile. improperly installed electrical break box and broken corner protectors.. I have tried several times to contact the general contractor, ***, to no avail. He has ignored my phone calls and texts. I have had to call in other professionals come in to fix his shoddy unprofessional work.

Archview built a fantastic ADA Kitchen made to respond to *** needs whom are both in wheel chairs. We would proudly display pictures of the kitchen and I would pleased to provide the itemized list that *** requests. Central to the design was a means for both to drive under the counter to access all plumbing and appliances. The plumbing was safeguarded with specially fabricated steel but it can not withstand the the massive power of the wheel chairs. Specifically, *** suffers from a disability that renders him without full control of his wheel chair which is motorized and runs at a high speed. Before pictures of the kitchen will display the dents in all appliances and a kitchen barely standing. Unfortunately *** chair has damaged the sink plumbing on a few/several occasions and Archview has responded each time by fixing the problem and its best efforts to create a new defense for ***. ***, has been verbally abuse to my crew on many of the visits and I have had to find substitutes willing to work there. I was happy to come out again to fix the problem and called *** but did not get a response. The underlying problem of *** not having control of a massively powerful wheelchair may not be one that is "fixable." This is incredibly sad but factual. Archview has a strong reputation in the community for outstanding customer service and beautiful work. I am pleased to assist *** and *** further. I am rejecting this response because:
A timely response was never provided to the problems with the plumbing and the lack of skill in installing the corner protectors On the walls that have bent or fallen off. Blaming my husband’s chair demonstrates Archview not addressing our needs. *** pretended to address our needs but took my money without following through in a timely manner. The electric breaker installed by his “electrician” was a fire hazard before I paid a professional electrician to fix it. I sent *** a text about that he ignored. The plumber I brought in to fix the leak that Archview could not fix correctly said that welding under the sink didn’t make any sense, which made it harder to fix. I have spent more money to fix the problems that Archview created in renovating my kitchen. I regret ever choosing Archview to do any work in my house.

Archview Construction completely remodeled a small bathroom for me. *** was extremely helpful and whenever I contacted him, he responded quickly and my concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. The different professionals who did the work were friendly and answered my questions about what they were doing. Even though my project was small, I felt like attention was focused on what my needs were and not on the size of the room. I would recommend Archview to anyone who wants fine workmanship and good service.
