We have a sign posted by the register that customer is responsible of giving cashier correct pump numberWe have reviewed on the surveillanceHe repeatedly provided wrong pump number to the cashierWe are a very busy stationSo some other customer that was on the pump took gas and left

am rejecting this response because:
Correction on the money that was paid It was actually $not $which is in complaint. After reading business response, I'm asking to have video footage of someone else pumping my paid for gas! There stating someone pumped my gas and didn't pay I wanna see it ! If not they need to have this complaint documented for having poor customer service and lieing to the customer which is keeping money and not providing a service honest and fare ! If they did there job I would of gotten my gas! But there rude and didn't take time to figure out what was the problemThey said the manager would call me to figure this outIn the mean time I was there and didn't get gas I paid forI can bet in the video footage you will not see someone in my pump number stealing gas and leaving! They are lieing and ripping people off! I want this documented and on there business record !
