Review: Visited the Arco Station at the above address 6/7/14 at approximately 2pm. I inserted my $20. bill into the self service machine, followed he monitor, put the money in as instructed. Walked to pump & there was no indication that the pump was ready & wouldn't let me pump any gas. I went inside and told the cashier. He came out & hit a few buttons on the self service machine and said "I don't think you put your money in". I said "you can open the machine & see". He said "I don't have a key". I said "someone must have a key to the machine, how do you get the money out at night". He went inside /I followed. He said "I think you hit the wrong pump, & someone took you gas from the pump you hit by mistake". I said, "their is no one at the pump you mentioned". He said "Well, I can't help you". Someone in line said "Lady call the police". He said, "I will say she is lying about the money". We yelled back & forth & I finally walked out the door totally humiliated. He took my $20., refused to give me my gas, accussed me of lying & took advantage of the fact that I was not a 7 foot biker. I don't care about the money, it's the terrible service and discourteous manner that he used to handle the situation.Desired Settlement: I naturally would like my money since I did lose it in the machine, which I'm sure he realized at the end of his day. If he balances his books, & is over, does he pocket the overage or split it with the other dishonest employees???? This Arco Station at El Camino Ave. in Sacramento, 95821, just lost a valuable customer.

Complaint was resolved: [redacted] came to the store at 9:30 AM on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at about 9:30 AM and got her $20 back. Details: I contacted [redacted] on Saturday when I received Revdex.com letter in the mail. and explained that the employee does not have the key and could not confirm until armor arrives as they are the only ones who have the key. The armor was able to locate her $20 inside the machine but she did not leave her phone number and we had no way of contacting her. We also talked to the employee and he stated that he will do his best next time to better explain to the customer but sometimes customers yell at him and he got overwhelmed.
