Good afternoon , I spoke with you about customer complaint ID 1[redacted]86 for ARCO/AMPM located at [redacted] Fairfield [redacted] , Chino Hills , CA 9[redacted]. I have read customer complaint . He made a mistake with pump number. Other customer pumped his gas , But any way just for $10 I do not want...
to make customer unhappy . Please ask to the customer come back to the site Monday to Friday between 7 AM to 3 PM and ask for manager Daniella for his $10 gas . Also please explain to him in future always make sure the number & tell him please we are sorry for inconvenience .
