ARCO - Carson City

I went into the AM PM to get a cup of coffee. The cups were priced by size. I selected a 16oz cup marked as $1.39 & filled it. When the cashier rang it up, I was charged $1.49 plus tax for a total of $1.60. When I asked the cashier why the difference, she stated that the prices were wrong & she needed to change them. When I mentioned that it was illegal to charge a different price that what was marked, she again stated that she was going to change the price. However, she still charged me a price higher that what was posted. As I was pressed for time, my choice was to pay the price charged rather than leave the coffee there.
