I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I now have a brand new cabinet that is warped because of where the holes placed by Arco Iris in the Quartz countertops has leaked due to non sufficient room for the faucets attachments.One of the jobs, I had to hire men to come in and fix the drywall because it was so torn up.I have still heard nothing from Arco Iris to fix the problem I have cancelled checks One for check to Arco Iris Granite for 2,and another for 2,650, all of which cleared with no problems These checks were given to *** *** “before” the job was started and completed.The countertop was defective and he did agree to replace it but after a couple of days he withdrew his word to do such.After researching the terrible reviews on Facebook on this company, I would have never hired him.Attached are the pictures of the job Arco Iris claims to be beautiful

Business said Ms. [redacted] was the general contractor/designer, he never interacted w her customer. All contracts/work details went thru Ms. [redacted]. Business said he has discussed with his attorney and that "a signature or no signature is not representative of work done". Though contracts not signed, the work was done. Business has done lots of work for this contractor. Business sends contracts via txt and email to Ms. [redacted], and she drops off $/pays. Business has a statement in his contracts about teamwork, and a statement that "customer acknowledges they have read and understand teamwork".  This problem arose when Ms. [redacted] did not tell him there were two "L" shapes on each side of the rectangle, so the seam can't go in middle of cooktop. Her measurements were inaccurate. Business has sent a letter to Ms. [redacted]'s client.

Our record of quality work is stellar. 3000 customers -- Eight ( 8 ) Revdex.com complaints -- 2,992 happy customers - 99.75.[redacted] performed this job illegally. [redacted] may be facing serious legal problems[redacted] as designer / general contractor -- did not get a building permit or plumbing permit from...

Kentucky and this job has been shut down by the authorities. Among her failures / untruths -- regarding the counter tops --- [redacted] -- in writing 1 submitted false measurements -- upon which we made the quote2 claimed she received no contract  --- fact is [redacted] received 4 contracts -- all with the terms --- in writingThe seam location ( based on false measurements submitted by [redacted] ) could not physically be done. Geometrically - impossible to do.  Work is beautiful.
