Very happy with Arco Roofing and the work they did on my home. Very honest, professional and reliable. The owner of the company, [redacted], came out to look at our roof, give the estimate and answered all questions I had without hesitation. He was also on the job site all 3 days while the roof was being installed. They showed up when they said they would be there, no playing around, and got the job done. Extremely happy!

Review: On May 29, 2014 [redacted], owner of Arco Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc was paid $365.00 for repairs regarding a water leak on a commercial office building. After the first rainfall following this repair, the leak still remains. Over the past year, all I have heard from Mr. [redacted] is that it will be taken care of this weekend. These weekends have come and gone many times over without Mr. [redacted] coming as promised much less a courtesy call letting me know that he was unable do the repairs that already had been compensated for. In the meantime, I have had to ask my tenant to be patient. Mr. [redacted] was "johnny on the spot" when it comes to installing new roofs which he has done so for me in the past. Now a year later and $365.00, I will have to find some else since, Mr. [redacted] was too unprofessional and/or honest with me in the first place.Desired Settlement: The amount paid for this service that was not completed should be refunded back to me in the amount of $365.00. Of course this is now where close to the cost of being put off for over a year and the damage caused by this water leak. Much less the cost of having to deal with this leak and the tenant relations that I have to deal with over the pasty year.
