Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI did receive the $in the mail and consider this complaint resolved.Oddly enough, I stopped by to get gas and in front of me WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING.You would think they would figure some way to avoid this type of situation Oh well Regards, [redacted]

This a response to the customer's complaint regarding the stuck gift card at the machine outside at the pay station island in our gas station. After having the interview with our employee, and review the surveillance system we find out that employee mention to the customer politely that she doesn't have any access to the island outside and we have to wait for the armor to come and open it(video is available for review). The armor service doesn't come to our site on daily basis, but unfortunately the customer did not leave his number to the clerk, after we receive the letter from Revdex.com(Revdex.com), I immediately contacted Mr. [redacted] and arranged a meeting in our site to resolve this matter. On Saturday 02/01/14 when he came to our gas station spite to the fact that armor service didn't return the actual customer gift card to us, I  gave the customer one new $50.00 gift card, plus another $25.00 additional gift card for his convenience and I apologized to the customer and he was very happy and promised to let the bureau knows about that his problem has been resolved.  We also want to make sure that Mr. [redacted]  knows that customer service is our  first priority and we are hoping that he continues to come to our location and remain our customer.

forgotto use the gas and left. Later on, around 3:30pm he came back to the store and told the cashier that he did not use the gasoline. After the clerk checked the computer system he told him that his gas has been used by another customer and unfortunately, he cannot give out any refund. Although this is against our policy and procedure to refund the customer in situation like that and spite to the fact that store has not done anything wrong and error has been made by customer, our office contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered him the $10.00 refund and he was supposed to come to the store to pick it up, we waited until (Monday 07-31-2017). We called the customer he said he was not going to be around the area if we could send it to him via mail and we did so on the same day (Monday 07-31-2017). We would also like to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s comment regarding his accusation about the dishonesty of our employees and staff, our employee and staff are there with the highest integrity and honesty to serve customers. Many times, it has happened that customer left the money without pumping gas or forgottheir belongings (Wallet, Cellphone, etc.) and later on they came back and if the gas was not used by another customer, our staff refunded the money for the gas to the customer and returned their belongings.Customer service is our number one priority. We pride ourselves on our service and excellent reputation in the community. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and confirm that I did in fact receive a new $50 gift card plus an additional gift card for the inconvenience and poor customer service I received. I do want it noted, that the employee who originally interacted with me, was not polite, as indicated by the business, but extremely rude. She did not want my information, though I offered it, and refused to provide me a manager's name or contact information, and refused to provide any information regarding their district office. The video would have shown that she completely blew me off and continued to do inventory on cigarettes rather than resolve the issue with the me, the customer. If that type of behavior is considered polite in the opinion of their business, I will certainly not be returning.
I consider this issue resolved. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance - I would not have had any resolution without your help, as it was completely impossible to find anyone who was accountable at the station, nor was the manager ever available.

Review: I attempted to use a prepaid Arco cash card to pay for gas, however the machine at the pay station island ate my card. When I notified the employee, he said there was nothing he could do and that I had to come back the next day. When I came back the next day, I dealt with an extremely rude woman name [redacted] who said that I had to come back another day. When I asked her for the contact information for the manager, she refused to give me the information. I then asked for the contact information to the district office and she refused. They still have my $50 Gift Card and no one at the station is taking responsibility or doing anything about it.Desired Settlement: I want my gift card back or a refund
