Arco Store #42758

Review: Arco AM/PM advertised "your 5th drink free, mix and match". I went into Arco store at 5012 Lincoln Ave, Cypress Ca 90630, brought in my card with already four stamps from other various Arco stations to redeem my fifth coffee for free. This Arco station denied my free coffee, because they said I did not purchase coffee from their store. I purchase coffee from different Arco statios all the time, usually betwee my house and my workplace. They denied my coffee, because they said I purchased coffee at a different Arco and not at their Arco station. Arco is a franchise. They advertise 5th coffee free at every store, and no where does it say that I have to buy coffee only from one Arco station in order to get the 5th cup free. I has been my understanding, as a franchise, Arco is one entity, adverstising one program. But I am very darn upset to find out that they decided not to honor their own advertisement to give consumer their 5th cup of coffee for free. Maybe they need to spell out in their advertisement that coffee must be purchased in the same Arco location? They need to honor their advertisement, or maybe they need to spell out the terms and condition,so not to deceive consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like Arco corporate office to acknowledge the problem they have with their franchise, and that not every store follows their advertisement pattern. I will continue to go this this Arco station with my free card every week until they honor it. If they don't, then I will refuse to pay, and they will have throw the cup of coffee I made in the trashcan rather than to give me to based on the "free" card. I personally don't care for a free cup or to get $2.00 back,but I am very shocked&upset
