Review: On Friday evening the 17th of October I decided to spend my last $5 on propane to hopefully finish a long over due project of very great importance. I placed an empty propane tank from a BBQ into my bicycle trailer then proceeded to the Arco AM/PM mini market located on the corner of Fruitridge Rd and Stockton Blvd. A person for which I did not get his name but has helped me on a prior occasion immediately came out to assist me. Long story short, nothing out of the normal occurred however, when I returned home and connected the hose to my device there was no gas coming out. I quickly grabbed the tank and much to my surprise the tank was as empty as it was when I left to fill it up. Wow! Really??? I called up the the shop with in 10 minutes to relay what had happened and the worker immediately jumped on the defense and said, and I quote "Sorry but there is nothing I can do about it" When I asked what do you mean I just gave you $5 and received nothing he proceeded to hang up on me. So, I waited until the next day and I talked to someone who seemed to have some authority and was told I would have to call back tomorrow. All of this is pointless and I do not have time to argue with a rip-off artist nor his tide-wad boss. The bottom line is I paid $5 to get propane and got nothing but a hang up and yet another delay for which I cannot afford.Desired Settlement: I asked the opinion of an objective party who put it better than I would have. You should demand $5 for every time you had to contact the station and experienced nothing more than a futile waste of time. $5 for propane $5 for hang up call $5 for call back tomorrow and yet another $5 for having to take the time to write this letter. $20 for replacing my time and energy. Although I would hope to get my $5 back accompanied by a sincere apology but to ignore and put off my claim. That is not proper
