I have spoken to *** ***, and explained to her that her claim that our full service Car Wash could not have scratched her car causing the rust and oxidation on her vehicle on the same dayShe was precedent that the scratches were not
there and the rust was not there
After Continued explanation to her that the facility is an automated full service car wash, and we service over 100+ cars a day, and if there was a malfunction every vehicle after hers would have gotten the same exact damage, and the further presents of rust shows the damage has been there awhile, we agreed to disagree
Then she attempted to black mail me saying that if do not pay for the damage she would notify Revdex.com and State BAR to fill a complaint and take legal action
I ended the conversation and told her the video and pictures taken on the day of incident will prove my point and I will see her in courtShe filled an insurance claim with her insurance company which, inturn, contact my office, and after they where notified about the rust, they agreed that this might be a claim
