So we bought a bay window for our bedroom, went through ***.ca figuring it was community and quality backed approachYou have to pay up front, we now know why, right Arcor? Accor constantly tried to change dimensions, every time *** staff and our changes back from their changes were sent backdoesn't matter much if Arcor has it in their minds to ship whatever they wantWrong size, wrong angle, wrong glass, delayed, but hey Arcor has your moneySo lots of calling, emails, back and forth with *** (local store), and they in turn with ArcorReally, is this so hard to resolve ***? We took the window apart and resolved the issues and installed, after all we had a large hole in the side of our houseMonths later Arcor has admitted they were in the wrong and they would send new glass and installer to swapWe here cricketsWe also purchased two new sliding doors, should have learnt our lessonThat order has been resolved ***
