At the same time, he also wasted our time. We sent a fully stocked truck, a trained technician and paid for fuel in that truck and the customer was not home. Who is paying us for the $$ we are out to pay the technician.[redacted] could have called us back and we would have gladly tried to set something up. But from the beginning [redacted] wanted to tell our technician what he wanted done instead of letting the trained technician do his job.Again, we were extremely busy and continue to be because of the heat.
