We have been with this agency for 13 months. We have been pleased with the aides provided. When there has been a problem, Mr. Medina has responded in an appropriate and professional manner. We had been with another agency and were very dissatisfied with the service and attitude. In fact it caused me to file a complaint with a state agency so it was a relief to work with Age Advantage and I would recommend it highly.

My 87 year old mother suffers from Alzheimer's and needs around the clock care, most of which is provided by the professional, friendly and competent staff at Age Advantage. We have relied on their help for a year and a half and have found them to be a God send. I travel constantly with my job and I rest easy knowing that these caregivers give my mother the quality care she requires and deserves.

I cannot reiterate how wonderful this company is. They worked with us through entire process and made sure that my family member received the best possible care. They communicated with us almost daily on the progress of the care and what the care givers were experiencing with my family member. Staff is very professional and truly care. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you have a family member in need of at home care services. They provide excellent support and services.
