I have sent here an invoice demanding payment I also sent her a notice of what needed to be done I also have many text, messages and screenshots of all conversations and accusations Where our dome on this type of soil is only warranted to mph But told due to it being a prototype we would back it in the event of any damage sustained in higher winds so we can make one to withstand winds far superior on this type of ground we offered a footer twice First at the beginning and secondly upon a reconstruction at a great discountShe refused to get a footer and understood that we could not offer mph due to the fact the dome is sitting on ground that was plowed for years and very soft ground Consequently a wind storm came and unofficial winds of a farm near by were clocked just below mph Our dome sustained minor damage and I received the recommendation to the fix and then was told after receiving the fix we could warranty our dome up to 100mph Upon giving her this information, she declined any further work on the dome and deemed our contact done So I informed her the dome resorts back to the mph and gave her a day notice to pay I further gave her the instructions for fix so she would be able to fix herself This is considered a high tunnel If this was a standard high tunnel she would be responsible for the debt as their warranties are far inferior We are no different than farm tech or any other high tunnel company Their product would have to be paid in full too The Balance due is 16,minus for vent actuators totaling 16,due and we want our final payment The total price of dome was of which we received deposit The rest was upon our cost totaling We never changed any pricing due to it being a prototype But much of the design changed where we made improvements and had considerations on her part to help offset some of the additional cost Our product exceeded our original warrantyAlso as to the statement above, we are having prepared a civil suit for libel, slander, harassment, tort interference with contracts against her and others of which we have all we need They have been more than kind to remark in social media about all their escapades Plus private messages to other perspective customers and current customers have been gathered and will be a different filing soon to come

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: James F*/Arctic Dome Greenhouse's response to my complaint is comprised solely of inaccuracies and outright lies. I was going to take the time to refute each one....but then realized that since there is no truth to any of his claims, it would be a complete waste of time. James F [redacted] has been charged (and convicted) of theft in many states (and under numerous alias's). The claims he has made in his response are easily disproven in the reams of texts, emails and screen shots of his correspondence on social media. He is not licensed to construct any building - on any property in AK.This was verified with the state office of contractor licensing. The office of the Attorney General has sent him a cease & desist letter because of his illegal activities. Stealing money from people, making promises you do not keep and lying about every.single.thing that you do, catches up with you eventually. A court view search is a simple thing to do- and once you start ripping people off, they start searching. I really wish that I had listened to folks who tried to warn me in advance of the unsavory business practices, but I did not. A business that has so many unsatisfied customers speaks for itself. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have had numerous conversations with ***. Whereas, I informed him I would work wit him in two different arenas. After receiving the email, I was able to call him and have a conversation with him as to both issues. I will address each according to their own.1st, fabric issue,We
delivered everything when he was not home. He was out of the country. We stacked it according in the area according to the directions. We did leave directions and invoice at this time. We were informed that fabric was not there. Also that the hubs were the wrong kind. I know we delivered the fabric and wrong hubs but to shy away from confrontation. I agreed to replace the hubs which was our error and said we would give more fabric upon sending down the steel hubs. I will address the hubs secondly. We delivered both the steel hubs and the fabric again and no one was home. We took back the erroneous hubs and left the fabric at that time. I heard nothing from him until December about the instructions and fabric. I did injure my back and was out for months. I ripped a ligament in my back rupturing a disc. I returned his call and spoke to him again about our site being very clear on materials dropped for delivery. first, there is a day period to inspect the delivered items and to email making a claim against what was missing. Weeks went by and no contact. I informed him as a matter of courtesy, we will try and get him more fabric, but wasn't sure on what amount. As his time passed past the days and that we would do what we could. All the time it wasn't about what was owed. As our invoice that was delivered with our product is also clear. 2nd, construction,I was more than willing to assist him in his erroneous installation. Not due to our instructions, but as a matter of courtesy when it was convenient for us. It is very clear that our web site says that someone with carpentry experience will need to assist in installation. He remarked that the boards were not marked. They were marked and the reason he couldn't see them is that they were on the parts nailed and erroneously nailed siding to the interior. He already had to have seen them in order to build the walls to begin with. It is very clear in the instructions and pictures on all of the domes that the siding goes to the exterior. His inability to follow carpenter instructions is not our fault and am not responsible for any of his errors. As I spoke with him on how to correct the issue. Also we were informed that the wrong hubs were sent and it was confirmed to be the schedule plastic. So we corrected this issue and manufactured our super duty hubs and actually manufactured special hubs at no cost for his anchoring system. Of which we preformed and delivered to him in November. Then no contact until the end of December. Of which again we are not responsible for this this claim. As we have had over installs from private parties and (22) foot domes done with no problems. Many even say that the instructions were very clear to them. So I again upon my wanting to help and please and do everything I can has again been a problem. I now am not going to give anything extra nor absorb issues we are not responsible for. I for too long gave in and now have been taken advantage of and am drawing the line due to the fact that once you give, it is never enough

I have sent here an invoice demanding payment.  I also sent her a notice of what needed to be done.  I also have many text, messages and screenshots of all conversations and accusations.  Where our dome on this type of soil is only warranted to 70 mph.  But told due to it...

being a prototype we would back it in the event of any damage sustained in higher winds so we can make one to withstand winds far superior on this type of ground.  we offered a footer twice.  First at the beginning and secondly upon a reconstruction at a great discount.. She refused to get a footer and understood  that we could not offer 125 mph  due to the fact the dome is sitting on ground that was plowed for years and very soft ground.  Consequently a wind storm came and unofficial winds of a farm near by  were clocked just below 100 mph.  Our dome sustained minor damage and I received the recommendation to the fix and then was told after receiving the fix we could warranty our dome up to 100mph.  Upon giving her this information, she declined any further work on the dome and deemed our contact done.  So I informed her the dome resorts back to the 70 mph and gave her a 10 day notice to pay.  I further gave her the instructions for fix so she would be able to fix herself.   This is considered a high tunnel.  If this was a standard high tunnel she would be responsible for the debt as their warranties are far inferior.  We are no different than farm tech or any other high tunnel company.  Their product would have to be paid in full too.  The Balance due is 16,700 minus 500.00 for vent actuators totaling 16,200.00 due and we want our final payment.   The total price of dome was 17200.00 of which we received 500 deposit.  The rest was upon our cost totaling 16700.00.  We never changed any pricing due to it being a prototype.  But much of the design changed where we made improvements and had considerations on her part to help offset some of the additional cost.  Our product exceeded our original warranty. Also as to the statement above, we are having prepared a civil suit for libel, slander, harassment, tort interference with contracts against her and 9 others of which we have all we need.  They have been more than kind to remark in social media about all their escapades.  Plus private messages to other perspective customers and current customers have been gathered and will be a different filing soon to come.
