I have only received two emails from Misti at Arctic Fox:

5/24/16 I emailed Arctic Fox (Misti) questioning their service.

5/24/16 Misti replied with statement from tech who checked my ac unit.

5/26/16 I sent reply stating in more detail why I felt they were negligent and asking for refund of amount paid.

5/29/16 I had not heard anything from Misti, so I resent email from 5/26/16.

6/1/16 Still nothing from Misti, so I emailed if I did not hear from her today I was turning in a compaint to Revdex.com.

6/3/16 Misti replied she would see about getting me a refund today and email back asap.

As I said I would do, I sent my complaint to Revdex.com 6/2/16. I have never received an email from them stating they deny the refund. I have all emails on file.

I feel Actic Fox was negligent 5/18/16 in the assessment of my 10 year old ac unit. I don't think tech did a thorough system check in less than 10 minutes. I told the tech, ac wasn't blowing out cold air, of course he would check the freon level and then found the leaking coil and I think that's where he stopped. Something just didn't feel right, he was too fast. At last years check, with another company, I was told the compressor was failing and might last another year. I had no choice but to get another opinion. On 5/24/16 I had another company come out and check the ac unit. The coil was leaking and needed to be replaced and the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Since I have two companies stating a problem with compressor I have to conclude the Arctic Air tech did not do a thorough check on my ac unit. Also to be noted, the replacement cost of these two items, is worth considering replacing the whole unit. Arctic Fox took that choice away from me. I would like my $50.00 refunded.

We was contacted by [redacted] 5/18/16 because her unit was not cooling. The compressor, blower and outdoor fan were all functioning normally. We then hooked up the refrigerant (Freon) gauges there was not enough Freon in the system. We have seen this problem a lot with [redacted] units. We opened the panel...

and saw all the oil track marks on the coil. When the Freon leaks out; oil also comes out leaving oil marks. So we went down and explained what was happening. We recommended a leak location so we could verify were all the leaks are. Sometimes we find others in the unit that also need repaired. We also told her the only way to fix the coil was to replace it. ([redacted] does have a 10 year warranty; with fine print. [redacted]s warranty "10 years on the compressor and all functional parts". However they don't cover the evaporator coil. I don't know why but they don't consider it a functional part since it has no moving parts. ? So they cover it for a period of 5 years along with all the other non-functional parts. I called today to verify everything they verified that it was not under warranty as it was built in 2008 Per Larry at [redacted]. [redacted].) She denied the leak location and the replacement of the coil. All the other parts were functioning well at that time. Since then she states that her compressor has failed. We don't know the particulars on this. It could quit because it was ran for too long with not enough Freon in the system. It may have been poorly diagnosed. We have seen many customer receipts that say the compressor is bad and yet when we go check them they have nothing wrong with them. We have emailed [redacted] 5 times. 5/24/16, 5/24/16, 5/26/16, 5/29/16, 6/3/16 stating that we are unable to refund the money because we properly diagnosed her machine at the time of service. We feel as though we did our job thoroughly. We hope this answers all questions and provides the basis as to why we collected the fifty dollars.

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. [redacted], the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

I can't say enough good things about Arctic Fox. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!
