involved, we had a very rough time getting credits posted through a main office due to the busy summer season. When the complainant called our office and I had the opportunity to speak with her, I assured her that the credit was in the works and to please disregard the billing. I am sorry that it took so long to get processed - all of our admin function had recently been centralized and consolidated. The only personnel on site are involved in an extremely seasonal ice business and the season recorded record­ breaking heat here in the Portland Metro Area. That coupled with the shorthanded nature of the office due to consolidation led to the confusion and delay. We sincerely apologize to the complainant and hope they can forgive any hardship that was caused by receiving an inaccurate billing. Please let us know if there is anything else required.
