I recently made a purchase through an add that this company put on a social media platform. (***)... My card got charged in the amount of 128.47 for a parka and some winter pants. I have not recieved any emails about the shipping out of these products I also called the customer support number and email and both go to automated responses.
I ordered (2) Aurora Parka puffy jackets, on April 12th, 2019. The jackets arrived on April 23rd, but were not as described, at all. The quality was very very cheap. The fabric was thinning and the jackets didn't look anything like the photos. I emailed Polar Parka customer service and they initially offered a store credit or a 35% refund. I denied both and requested a refund. They advised me to ship back both jackets and noted that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs (Which cost me $40 thru UPS). I mailed out the jackets on May 5th, and emailed a copy of my tracking number and receipt to Polar Parka. They promised me a refund as soon as they received my return. Polar Parka advised me to mail back the jackets to:

*** As of today, June 12th, I still have not received my refund. Tracking shows that my jackets were delivered a month ago! I emailed customer service, again, to follow up. They told me they never received my email with the return tracking information. So, I resent the email, again. I still have not heard back from them or received my refund. THIS COMPANY IS A LIE AND BUILT ON FALSE PROMISES! THEIR ITEMS ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Their items are cheap (shipped directly from China) and they continuously lie about your refund. All of these complaints below seem to have the same complaint, no refund given, after items were sent back.

We have checked our customer care system and we confirmed that this order has been successfully refunded on June 12, 2019. We sincerely apologize for the delay of the customer's refund. As per checking, we did not receive the required information for the return which was the reason why the refund has not been processed before.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After a grueling month and half of correspondence with this company, they told me they never received my tracking confirmation email, which I forwarded to them three times. After sending it again on 6/12/19, they tried to persuade me to accept a store credit from them (Even after paying the $40 shipping fee for my returned items).
If you look at the responses below, and the similar response this company has made to those other clients, you will see that no one received a refund. Just false promises of a refund.

In response to the customer's rejection, I would like to clarify that contrary to the customer's claim, all of our customers' refunds have been successfully issued. Otherwise, we would have been bombarded with multiple lawsuits and should have seized operation a long time ago. Please understand that the refund process takes at least 5-10 business days which we inform customers upon confirming their refund. This may have been the reason why some of our customers submit a bad review due to impatience. I've attached proof of the customer's refund which was issued last June 12. Please check the attachment to confirm.
