I bought your product I was told that it would work and retain air as soon as I fill it up it exits the air immediately I have tried of multiple attempts to contact you through email as you do not have a phone number on your website *** * *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** and nobody gets back to me ever I have sent pictures and emails with no responseI am tired of this they need to refund my money or you need to do something about them so that other people know not to spend any money on their crappy products and even worse service
I purchased two of their *** cushions back in October I had one of my ***s with a deflating issues that would deflate very quickly after being inflatedThis has rendered the product uselessI reached out to Arctic Skins on March 3, with my concernThey have told me that their warranty is good for monthsApril 7, is the end of their warranty and we would like this resolved asapI sent another email on March 21, and have not heard back from them and warned them I would be escalating this to the Revdex.comHere are my following emails with proof of purchase attached:
