I bought your product I was told that it would work and retain air as soon as I fill it up it exits the air immediately I have tried of multiple attempts to contact you through email as you do not have a phone number on your website [redacted] and nobody gets back to me ever I have sent pictures and emails with no responseI am tired of this they need to refund my money or you need to do something about them so that other people know not to spend any money on their crappy products and even worse service
