He will immediately come to help you no matter how big or small the problems are. I enjoy the spa a lot . I spent so much fun times with my family in the spa. I bought an Arctic Fox hot tub with spaboy from Arctic Spas Langley near the end of I love this hot tub, with the spaboy system it is basically maintenance freeIt does all the sanitizing on its own plus has sensors that take the ph and orp reading which you can see by logging into your hot tub onlineI never need to use the test stripsMaybe once a month I have to add teaspoons of ph down and that is it
This hot tub is a dream for people that don't want to do physical testing for chemicals and adding chlorineThe testing is taken care of by the probes that come with the spaboy systemYou login with either your phone and your computer to get the levels of the ph and orpThe computer gives more details than the phone, the phone shows you that the levels are correct or low or high but the computer website gives you the exact numbers for both the ph and orp

We purchased a hot tub a year and a half ago from Arctic Spas Langley. Three small cosmetic surface cracks appeared in the gel coat. I contacted Reggie at Arctic Spas Langley and sent pictures. Head office offered to replace the entire hot tub with a brand new one with the latest upgrades to the cabinet at no extra cost other than one way shipping from the local dealer. New tub arrived a month later. We are very happy.
