I purchased my Arctic Spa hot tub back in June/( A Cub model) The service I have received from this Halifax store has been exemplary When I purchased the product they went over the average costs that I could expect to incur with running a tub, what electrical requirements and site preparation I needed to have in place before the tub was delivered *** called to let me know when the tub was in, and asked what day I would like it delivered and setup The showed up right on time, and walked me through everything I needed to know I have had my tub a little over years now and it has been running great I have had small problem with it that occurred a couple of years ago over the Christmas Holidays, (A fuse blew on the heater caused by a thunder storm/power failure) I called the store and they were able to help me out right away with the problem
I had a larger problem that happened earlier this year, I called the store and they sent a tech out right away to look at it for me They were able to diagnose the problem, and install the new part in the same dayHow often do you usually hear it will take 5-days before we can get the part in, not these guys, the tech had it with him in the truck before he came out
The best part thoughit was covered under warranty There was no arguing, hassling, or fighting to have the part replaced, they just replaced it It is very hard nowadays to find any company that doesn't put up a fuss about warranty covered items These guys were awesome, and I would highly recommend to all my friends and anyone else interested in purchasing a hot tub, to check out Arctic SpasYou can't beat the quality of the product and the service that they provided
