Artic Sun installed a complete HVAC system which we purchased on 1/11/ Months later we learned from another family that a permit was needed from the county when replacing your gas furnace Artic Sun never informed us of this nor did they set anything up for an inspection or permit When we contacted Artic Sun about this they were completely unaware that a permit was needed and stated they only looked into getting one when the customer asked about it and were oblivious to the county laws their business is located in Artic Sun came back to us and said we needed a permit for the outside A/C unit and the furnace They stated they could file, do all the paperwork, and get the permits for us Not knowing much about county rules, we went ahead and paid them the requested $for the permits and setup a time for the inspection
