But then, last fall, there arose a warantee issue A hot water tank failed Royal quickly diagnosed the problem, and arranged for a replacement Well done! They said said the replacement was under warantee from the original installation Great! But
Royal would not cover the replacement cost unless we, the homeowners, provided "adequate" proof that we indeed owned our residence at the time of the original installation Hello? To whom did Royal address their invoices as they performed the installation? Do they not have copies of those invoices? Apparently not, or, as their President says, "These are not adequate, our supplier (whoever that may be) demands more"
Let's just let the replacement be covered under the original warrantee We are withholding payment on the installation labor until this matter is settled Such a shame, for such a talented organizat
