We ordered a NDRfrom Arcticold on July 15, Our Credit Card was charged for the total amount due for the unit on July 17, On July 22nd tried several different ways to find out an ETA on cooling unit with no successWe received a incorrect cooling unit (not even the correct brand/model) on July 28, and it was badly damagedTried calling and emailing for several days with no return contact back to usThe company answered the phone for this issue finally on August 10th after a email sent stating we would contact a lawyer, unlike they had in the weeks priorArcticold had a shipping company come immediately for pickup on the damaged unitThey informed me that the correct unit would be shipped also on this same dayWell, Today August 31, an entire month later, a damaged cooling unit showed upDelivery of this unit was denied by us We have emailed them to request payment be refunded back to our card ImmediatelyNo response as of yet

My experience with Arcticold has been very poor I ordered a new cooling unit on Feb 23rdThe ordering experience went well and they were very nice and helpfulThen a series of mistakes and the arcticold team not following through on what they said made me wish we would have spent the extra money on a whole new fridge At the initial order on 2/23, I wasn't given a date that the unit would ship out (no big deal, I assumed it would be a reasonable timeframe) and I was told that I would receive an invoice and instructions later that dayThose never came and I had to call back in and speak to someone else to receive them Then, after several weeks of not hearing back, or seeing a shipping notice I contacted them again and was told that the unit was on it's way to Texas, but that the large storms at that time had delayed itAgain, I understandNo need to get worked up about storm delays weeks later, the unit arrivesI work to install it and find out they sent the wrong unitTurns out they neglected to ask me about the year, and my model is weird and is a strange size they only made for a certain amount of timeThis totally sucks for me, but againI understandIt happens Then, we tried to ship the unit backbut Arcticold wouldn't give us a shipping labelThey arranged for a pickupKind of inconvenient for us, but okay, whateverWe took the thing to our UPS store, where we have a box, and left it to be picked upTurns out it was never picked upThe store called us to say we had to move it immediatelySo we call Arcticold, talk to UPS, talk to the UPS store, and somehow nobody can figure this outFortunately, Arcticold sent the UPS store the shipping label and they were able to take care of itAgain, frustrating but it happens Then, another week passes and I haven't heard anythingSo I call and talk to [redacted] who tells me that our unit missed the last shipment so we have to wait till the next week due to easter to have ours shipped outHe promises to call me with an update later that day and never doesI'm getting pretty annoyed Fast forward to this weekI call in on tuesday and ask where my unit isI probly didn't sound too happy on the phone and received and equally unhappy response telling me that it's almost in TexasThen they have a label waiting to ship it to meI was told that I should see it on wednesday of next week and promised that I would get a call with an update each day at 9am my timeSurprisethat call never came So it's been days since I paid, and I still don't have the right partWhat's worse is that I have majorly been inconvenienced, and I'm being made to feel like i'm annoying themThen on top of itArcticold has continually not lived up to their own promises I would have saved way more in both money and peace of mind to purchase a new fridge, or work with another companySave yourself the hassle and work with someone who follows through

Company Service is terrible I ordered a cooling unit for a Norcold - two weeks later order still showed "in fulfillment." I followed up by email and by phone and never got a response I filed a dispute claim with Visa to get my money back

Arcticold had a shipping company come immediately for pickup on the damaged unit. They informed me that the correct unit would be shipped also on this same day. So it's been 44 days since I paid, and I still don't have the right part. What's worse is that I have majorly been inconvenienced, and I'm being made to feel like i'm annoying them. Then on top of it... Arcticold has continually not lived up to their own promises.

I would have saved way more in both money and peace of mind to purchase a new fridge, or work with another company. Save yourself the hassle and work with someone who follows through.
